Extended, Standard or Slim Batteries
Extended Batteries – Provide the longest talk time available for your phone model. Extended batteries will be thicker and heavier than the standard battery for your phone model but will provide up to double the talk and standby time of a standard battery.
Standard Batteries – Standard Batteries are generally the battery included with your mobile phone or device when purchased. The are a good balance between talk/standby time and size/weight.
Slim Batteries – Slim Batteries are the smallest lightest option available for your phone but will provide less talk and standby time than the standard batteries.
Milliamp Hours (mAh)
Milliamp Hours (mAh)- The capacity of a battery is the total number of amperage or watt-hours that can be withdrawn from a full battery under specified discharge conditions. Battery capacity determines the amount of talk or standby time that your phone will have and is represented in milliamp hours.
Talk Time/Standby Time
Talk Time/Standby Time - While many companies publish talk and standby time specs on their pages, it is difficult to predict the amount of time a battery will provide. Talk and standby time are affected by a number of variables such as digital versus analog use, cell phone., temperature, and humidity. We recommend you purchase the battery with the largest milliamp hours in the size you are looking for to provide the longest amount of talk and standby time.
